We recognise that on occasions you may not be satisfied with the service you have received or feel that it has not been of the high standards you expect. When this happens we need to hear from you so that we can put things right for you and learn for the future. When you contact us we will endeavour to bring the issue to a satisfactory conclusion and solve any issues you may have. We report to our Board of Management and Committee on all aspects of the Society’s work, so, if you feel that you have received excellent customer service or that we have delivered other services to a high standard we would really like to hear from you!
