On 16 October 2019, we took an innovative and bold step to submit airspace / rooftop planning applications for five of our schemes, all on the same day. These approved applications not only created a development pipeline, but will also provide 71 new homes, which is approximately a 50% uplift in accommodation at each of the schemes and 15% uplift overall.

Supplementing this are our small infill developments, where we have already secured planning for six sites for small / single unit opportunities, with several more identified.

Phase 2 plans

To maintain our pipeline, we have since identified a further 80+ homes as part of Phase 2, which, including our smaller sites, will see our portfolio increase by an impressive 35%. This is not just about development, every scheme that is extended (which is all bar one of our sites) will see planned improvements undertaken at the same time to the whole block. This is about enhancing our social footprint.

Norman House

We are happy to announce the completion of our Norman House development, this has resulted in an addition of 13 new flats and a modern revamp of the building with new and refurbished amenities such as the lounge area, garden area and salon. Existing building corridors have also been overhauled to consolidate the sleek and modern feel to the building for our residents.
