Our Asset Manager role is a great opportunity to lead on work such as day-to-day maintenance, planned works, statutory compliance and health and safety. The role has responsibility for a small property team to deliver first class services to our residents.

We offer 25 days annual holiday (pro-rata) excluding bank holidays, a birthday day and a wellbeing day, together with a holiday purchase scheme, a defined contribution pension (with 8% employer’s contribution), 3 x salary life cover, health cover, professional fees paid and a fully funded training budget.
