Accessing support services

When you initially move into one of our homes, you will have an allocated housing officer and they will carry out an induction meeting with you and talk to you about accessing any support services that you may need. If you live at Cloverdale Court, our housing with care manager will do this with you.

Cloverdale Court, our housing with care scheme

At Cloverdale Court residents benefit from extra care housing and we have a designated housing with care manager, on site Monday to Friday. Our housing with care manager works closely with the care agency which is based on site 24/7 and with the day centre staff, also located here. Our aim is to ensure that residents access the services they need to support them to live independently and to assist with improving general wellbeing and easing loneliness.

Cloverdale Court offers opportunities to socialise and meet other residents at the scheme through a variety of social events. Residents are also welcome, and encouraged, to visit our other schemes and to participate in other events and activities.

Our intensive housing management service

We also have an intensive housing management service at our older people schemes. This is an enhanced landlord service that is available to all residents living in our older people schemes, which aims to help those people that need it, sustain and maintain their tenancies. The service is provided via your housing officer.

The intensive housing management service can assist residents in a number of ways, such as:

• advice and assistance to understand and comply with the tenancy conditions;
• individual risk assessments to ensure any risks are identified and referrals to support agencies made if necessary;
• regular welfare checks to ensure your safety and well-being (this will be at a frequency agreed with you).
