Each year, we carry out improvements to some of our homes and estates based on a programme of when work is needed. This is established via a stock condition survey. We last carried out our stock condition survey in 2018 / 2019 and accessed over 95% of our homes.

Whilst this gave us a great understanding of the condition of the homes, we need to ensure that the information is kept up to date. From 2024, we will carry out inspections on 20% of our homes (known as a rolling stock condition survey); this is to ensure that we keep the information up to date and relevant.  If access is needed to your home to carry out the survey, a member of our Property team will contact you about this.

We use this information to inform our annual Planned Maintenance Programme. Below is the planned programme for 2024 / 2025. Should you have any queries, please contact our Property team on 020 8661 5891.
