We have a statutory duty to carry out repairs to your home, but residents are responsible for taking care of the inside of their homes.

How to report a repair

You can report a repair to us in a number of ways – by phone, through our Resident’s App, by email, or in person.

Repair recharges

We recognise that most tenants act responsibly and maintain their homes to an acceptable standard and condition, but on occasions things can go wrong.

Aids and adaptations

We help you to live in your home as independently as possible.

Home improvements and alterations

You may want to carry out alterations and improvements to your home. Under the terms of your tenancy agreement, you must apply for your landlord’s consent before commencing any work.

Property compliance

Staff regularly visit all our properties and will report any issues of concern to ensure health and safety issues are addressed as quickly as possible.
